G Series

The G Series mixer meets the need for production of high-quality gunite with a proven auger cement metering system to mix material with precise consistency, volume and accuracy you can count on.

Cemen Tech’s G Series is unique because with our mixer you will have the ability to reduce slump of the mix in demand. Our volumetric technology will mix and immediately discharge; your operators can quickly change the slump of the mix with a simple adjustment of the flow valve giving your concrete maximum in-place strength. After completion of a job the G Series lets you move from a traditional pour to shotcrete without having to return to the plant to change or reload your mix.

The 24” wide conveyor provides a consistent and reliable flow of material with no bridging. A 12” diameter mix auger with replaceable Ni-Hard wear blades generates superior mixing, while the multi-section hydraulic pump provides the correct amount of oil to each circuit providing cooler operation.
